In forest school we have a favorite saying "there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!"

If the weather is to extreme, for example, thunderstorms and high winds, the class leader may asses the class as unsafe to run. If this is the case you will be contacted with as much notice as possible via text and through social media. The class leader runs a risk assessment before each session as routine.

Our weekday classes are made for children aged 1 to 4, but siblings outside this age group are more than welcome to attend and will certainly enjoy it! Our holiday camp and weekend sessions is ages 4 to 12 years old. Homeschool sessions are for children of all ages.

We request that every child should wear wellies or walking boots in the winter, trainers are sufficient for the summer. The area can get muddy and in some places is uneven. We also recommend clothes that cover the skin and that are comfatable and easy to move in... maybe not the best items in their wardrobe!

Yes! Parents have access to drinks and a yummy treat each week. Children are given a snack towards the end of the session.

Yes! Younger siblings under a year, until walking are free with a paying sibling. Older siblings can be brought to a session for an additional 3 euro. Keep an eye out for our special holiday clubs for older children! Please email if you wish to bring a sibling to ensure there is room at the class. We offer a buy one get one half price offer for multiples.

Sessions run from mid September to mid June. From the end of June to the end of July we run our holiday camp. August we are closed.
